On behalf of the Lithuanian people and on my own behalf, I extend sincere congratulations on the 94th Anniversary of Estonia's Declaration of Independence. I wish you and the people of your country success and prosperity.
Symbolically, on these days of great importance for the Baltic States (February 16 - Lithuania, February 24 - Estonia, November 18 - Latvia) three national flags are raised in their capital cities. It is a tradition that demonstrates our unity and joint aspirations as well as an invitation to further strengthen dialogue and cooperation between the three Baltic countries through deeds and actions.
